The C-5 Will Operate on EITHER 110-120vac OR 220-240vac.

110-120vac:
a. Just be GFCI protected cord or outlet.
b. All components must be 110-120vac.
c. When Jet Pump is on HIGH, the heater will not operate due to the lack of current

220-240vac:
a. Incoming power must be GFCI protected either at the main panel or subpanel.
b. 50a circuit required. On configurations with MIXED voltages, you must have a 4 wire GFCI, Green, White, Black, and Red. On units where ALL the components are 220-240v, you can have a GFCI protected circuit with only Black, Red, and Green
c. You can Mix voltage to different components when you have a 4 wire incoming power explained above. Example: You can have 220v going to the heater and 115v going to the jet pump. Each major component has its own wiring so you can apply 115v to a component now and later, when that component is replaced, go to 230v. We can explain how to configure your C5 for different voltages.
